Financial Data Systems LLC was founded in 1998. A local agency that focused primarily on Collections in Southeastern North Carolina was greatly needed. FDS has since built their business throughout the Carolinas based on honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Collections Overview
All accounts placed with Financial Data Systems will be entered and acknowledged within 48 hours.

• We utilize a process of multiple mode contact to contact debtors by mail and phone to the debtor that the account has now been referred to a collection agency for recovery
• Our collection software is automated and prioritizes accounts for the collector, this allows our collectors to concentrate on the job at hand, which is collecting your money!
• After contact is made with the debtor an arrangement will be made to satisfy the outstanding debt.
• We realize that people may not be able to pay the debt in full every time so we offer payment arrangements that will benefit the debtor, the client, and Financial Data Systems.
• When appropriate we will send a reminder notice (2nd notice) to the debtor informing

Technology

Using the newest technology available allows its performance to rival those of expensive mainframe systems.

All accounts will go through a rigorous process to ensure maximum reimbursement

• Data Verification and skip tracing where appropriate
• Multiple mode contact begun with FDS's letter series and phone campaigns until payment or payment arrangements are made
• Credit "triggers" initiated where all debtor credit inquiries are reported to FDS to follow-up directly with the debtor
• All payment plans monitored for the life of the plan
• FDS will also conduct any negotiations required to achieve "paid in full" status per agreed upon criteria from client
