What is a "clean-up" project designed to do?

  • Act as an extension of your business office that is transparent to your customers
  • Recover the money often lost in transitions
    • Allow us to enter into your receivables process on accounts that may otherwise be delayed or lost to maximize your reimbursements by bringing our knowledge, experience and technology to bear on the account prior to the negative effects of the receivables aging process

    All accounts will go through a rigorous process to ensure maximum reimbursement

    • Data Verification
    • Multiple mode contact begun with FDS's letter series and phone campaigns until payment or payment arrangements are made
    • Credit "triggers" initiated to enable FDS to follow-up directly with the debtor should they be seeking credit at any time during our account management period
    • All debtor identified insurance assertions are followed up by our insurance department and refilled as necessary
    • All payment plans monitored for the life of the plan
    • FDS will also conduct any negotiations required to achieve "paid in full" status per agreed upon criteria from client
